Installing another Environmental Graphics mural
in Rock Creek.
After engineering, a plumb line is drawn to ensure the second panel
is positioned in the middle of the wall.
The mural will be centered on the wall leaving
space on either side. Each panel will overlap the next by about
2". This must be taken into account before priming the wall
with GARDZ.
Installing the first panel to our plumb line.
As the second panel goes up you can see the
dramatic transformation taking place.
A view from atop the multi-ladder shows the overlapped
edges. After the panels are up the overlapped areas will be double
cut and the selvedges removed.
The final panel completes the scene. The bull in
the foreground is being challenged by another bull across the river.
Look for him in front of my knee.
The mural is up. Now all that remains is the double
cutting.
