Several manufacturers have introduced "non-woven" wallpapers and borders. They are designed for easy installation and easy future removal. Some installers claim hanging these "new" papers back in the '70's. Non-wovens offer several advantages...
1st, they're breathable. This helps prevent mold and mildew forming under the wallcovering. 2nd, they don't expand when wet so there's no booking time during installation*. 3rd, they don't shrink during the drying/curing process. This means no more split seams. Many professional installers nationwide are raving about Eisenhart's Paperez having "invisible seams"! 4th, non-woven wallpapers can be removed from an average size room in less than 15 minutes. Just peel back a corner and pull parallel to the wall to remove an entire sheet!
*Prepasted non-wovens still need about 3 minutes booking time to activate the "pre" paste after you get them wet.
